| I've noticed this Aeronca at a few local airshows to me, is it accurate in these markings (aside from the civil registration)? I'm not too good with American birds, but it looks very similar to an Aeronca Champ I flew several years ago which was slightly post-war  | |

| Rob, that's a 7-AC Champ and has no business in military colors of any type, let alone invasion stripes! The Champ didn't go into production until '47. The least he could have done was paint it silver and try to make it look like an L-16. Paul | |
