Researching L-5 Air Sea Rescue Empty
PostSubject: Researching L-5 Air Sea Rescue   Researching L-5 Air Sea Rescue EmptySun Jun 05, 2011 10:01 am

I'm looking for any more information on this unit. I am trying to find out how the aircraft were marked, if there were any L-5E's ( I know there was at least one) how the numbers on the cowl were assigned (This looks like "LD577" in the first pic, "RU8FLT A" in the 2nd Same aircraft) Were there tag numbers under the wing or on the bottom of the fuselage?

Any more photo's would be greatly appreciated.
Mike
