2010 ALS Annual Bluebonnet Picnic / Fly-in April 17, 2010

The Alamo Liaison Squadron once again plans to host our annual Bluebonnet Picnic / Fly-in / L-bird gathering on April 17. 2010. Our squadron and members own and operate WWII liaison aircraft such as the Taylorcraft L-2, Aeronca L-3, Piper L-4, Interstate Cadet, Piper J-3 Cub, and the Stinson L-5.
We own Cannon Field ( FAA Identifier 53TX ), a grass strip on the south side of San Antonio and invite all L-bird owners to bring their planes out.
We hope to have some WWII veterans present for the event, and will have good food and fun as well.
